Use	Clomiphene is a non-steroidal compound, which has weak estrogenic activity in experimental animals and anti-estrogenic activity in human body, and can stimulate ovulation. It has strong anti-estrogen effect and weak estrogenic activity. Low dose can promote the anterior pituitary secretion of gonadotropins, thereby inducing ovulation; High dose significantly inhibit the release of pituitary gonadotropins, men have to promote the role of sperm production, effective for oligozoospermia.
